We recommend staying in Rome at least one night on either side of the IVW week as a way to ease into & out of the Italian Village lifestyle.

Meals & Wine
IVW goes to the most local trattorias, picking up the bill on all food, wine, coffee, and tips at all meals.* Breakfast served at the Castle.
*Suppers at the Castle are also provided with a multi-course meal prepared by the Castle Chef.
Pickup & Drop~off
It’s simple—get to Rome*, we do the rest. Pickup is at Leonardo da Vinci Airport between ten and eleven in the morning. Return to the airport on the final day between one and two in the afternoon.
*Or the train station in Orvieto.
Translation, Transport
At least one IVW guide will be present to interpret as necessary for all meals and experiences.
The IVW Coach will chauffeur the group to and from every experience the whole week through.

Travel Insurance
IVW provides authentic local food experiences and does not provide special dietary requirements. Special dietary needs are sole responsibility of the customer. The area is rich in vegetables for vegetarians, however.
